Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 4 flour tortillas, 8 inches each
  • ½ pound sliced deli ham

Instructions

  1. 1

Beat the softened cream cheese and garlic powder until light and smooth. Stir in the cheddar and pickle relish.

  2. 2

Divide the filling among the four tortillas and spread it all the way to each edge.

  3. 3

Arrange the ham evenly over the filling, leaving a narrow border visible around the edge.

  4. 4

Roll each tortilla up tightly, wrap it securely, and refrigerate for 4–8 hours or overnight.

  5. 5

Unwrap the chilled rolls and trim the uneven ends. Cut each roll into 8 pieces and serve cold.

Notes & serving ideas

  • Softened cream cheese spreads evenly, while thorough chilling helps the pinwheels hold together when cut.
  • Keep chilled in an airtight container until you are ready to pack or serve them.
