Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 4 flour tortillas, 8 inches each
- ½ pound sliced deli ham
Instructions

Beat the softened cream cheese and garlic powder until light and smooth. Stir in the cheddar and pickle relish.

Divide the filling among the four tortillas and spread it all the way to each edge.

Arrange the ham evenly over the filling, leaving a narrow border visible around the edge.

Roll each tortilla up tightly, wrap it securely, and refrigerate for 4–8 hours or overnight.

Unwrap the chilled rolls and trim the uneven ends. Cut each roll into 8 pieces and serve cold.

- Softened cream cheese spreads evenly, while thorough chilling helps the pinwheels hold together when cut.
