I Wasn't Expecting This From Batch Cooking

I cook most of our meals in a couple of focused sessions each week, and strangely enough, I enjoy cooking more now than when I cooked every single day.

See how I prep a whole week of breakfasts in the full video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpDUcorJj70

Do you cook every day or in batches? I'd love to know.
